Poolside Helpers Course now eligible for Grant Aid
25 Jul 2008 14:53

At the Regional Development Committee on the 14th July the decision was made to include the asa Poolside Helper course to the list of courses eligible for Regional Grant Aid.
It has been recognised that as this is the first step that alot of volunteers take prior to completing the Level 1 courses the Region needs to assist with the cost. Therefore, the decision has been made that £20 per candidate is available to help subsidise the course.

To apply for Regional Grant Aid each individual candidate must complete an application form, which can be found within the 'Education and Courses' or 'Funding' sections.

The Region offers Grant Aid for UKCC qualifications and now the asa Poolside Helper Certificate.
