The East Midland asa Annual Council Meeting will be held at 12.15pm on Saturday 13th September 2008. The venue is the Quality Hotel, New Ashby Road, Loughborough.

Nominations have been invited from all clubs to stand for the following positions on the Regional Board:
Financial Manager
Secretary of the Swimming Committee
Secretary of the Swimming Masters Committee
Secretary of the Open Water Committee
Secretary of the Synchronised Swimming Committee
Secretary of the Water Polo Committee
Secretary of the Rules Committee
Two independent members to the Regional Management Board
Delegates to asa Council
Diving Coordinator
All nominations must be accompanied by a CV
